How much does construction site security cost in Portland?
Cost depends on the hours of coverage, number of guards, and whether you need onsite guards or vehicle patrols. Patrols are usually the most affordable option for smaller sites, while overnight or 24/7 guards suit larger projects. Call us for a free, no-obligation quote based on your site. 503-568-1276
What type of constructions sites do you cover?
We work with general contractors, subcontractors, developers and property owners on projects of every size:
- Commercial and office construction
- Multifamily and apartment developments
- Industrial, warehouse and data center projects
- Residential subdivisions and high-end home builds
- Tenant improvements and remodels
- Infrastructure, utility and road projects
- Vacant properties and buildings awaiting demolition
Do I need a guard on site, or are patrols enough?
Patrols work well for sites with fencing, lighting and lower-value materials. If you have expensive equipment, copper or appliances on site, or have already had theft, an onsite guard gives much stronger protection. We’ll help you decide during the walkthrough.
How quickly can you start?
In many cases we can have a guard on site within 24 to 48 hours, and sooner in an emergency such as a recent break-in.
