One Local Security Company
Many Industries Protected
No two industries face the same risks. A construction site needs tight gate control and after-hours patrols, a retail store needs officers who deter theft while welcoming customers, and a data center demands strict access checks at every door. As a locally owned company based in Hillsboro, Pacific Security Services provides security guard services built around those differences for businesses and properties across Portland, Beaverton, and Washington County. Every client gets DPSST-licensed officers, site-specific guard orders, and real-time GuardsPro reporting, so whatever your industry, you get protection that fits your site and a team you can reach directly.

Industries We Protect
Who We Protect Across the Portland Area
Construction
Construction site security guards who control gate access, check in subcontractors and deliveries, and patrol your site after hours. We protect tools, equipment, copper, and materials from theft, vandalism, and trespassing, with hourly reports and photo checks so you always know your jobsite is secure.
Data centers
Data center security guards trained for the strict access control these facilities demand. From active data center construction to operating sites, our officers verify every badge, log every visitor and contractor, and monitor entry points around the clock, keeping sensitive equipment and restricted areas protected.
retail & shopping malls
Retail security guards who deter shoplifting, break-ins, and disruptive behavior before it starts. Our officers support your staff, watch entrances and high-theft areas, and handle tense situations with de-escalation, keeping stores and shopping centers safe and welcoming for customers and employees.
industrial & warehouses
Warehouse security guards who secure loading docks, yards, and inventory day and night. Our officers manage truck and driver check-ins, patrol fence lines and storage areas, and report damaged gates or suspicious activity right away, so your goods and equipment stay where they belong.
Manufacturing
Industrial security guards who protect manufacturing plants, production floors, and the people who work there. We provide entry screening, perimeter patrols, and a steady presence during shift changes, with officers trained to respond calmly to workplace concerns, including situations involving former employees.
commercial Business and office
Building security guards for office buildings and commercial properties. Our officers manage lobbies and front desks, check in visitors and vendors, and perform after-hours walkthroughs to make sure doors are locked and nothing is out of place, so tenants and staff feel safe coming and going.
private residential & Estates
Discreet home security guards for private homes and estates. Whether you need overnight coverage, protection while you travel, or a professional presence during a difficult situation, our officers provide reliable, respectful security that gives you and your family peace of mind.
residential communities
Apartment security guards and patrol services for apartment complexes, HOAs, and gated communities. We patrol parking lots, common areas, and building entrances, respond to resident concerns, and document every incident, helping property managers reduce trespassing, vandalism, and vehicle break-ins.
Events and Venues
Event security guards for festivals, corporate gatherings, seasonal events, and venues of every size. We handle ticket and entry control, crowd management, and on-site safety from setup to teardown, so guests have a great experience and you can focus on running your event.
Education
Campus security for schools and educational facilities. Our officers manage entry points during the day, provide coverage at games and school events, and patrol after hours, creating a calm, visible presence that keeps students, staff, and families safe.

Why Choose Pacific Security Services
Locally Owned in Hillsboro
We’re a Portland-area company, not a national call center. When you call, you talk directly with the owners, and we know the neighborhoods, job sites, and challenges our clients face.
DPSST-Licensed, Trained Officers
Every officer is licensed through Oregon’s DPSST and trained in observation, de-escalation, and professional incident reporting, with hands-on supervision behind every post.
How We Tailor Security to Your Industry:
- Site-specific guard orders. Before your first shift, we walk your property and write custom post orders for your site, covering entry rules, patrol routes, emergency contacts, and what to watch for, so officers know exactly what your operation needs.
- Officers matched to the job. We assign officers based on your industry’s demands, whether that’s PPE and jobsite safety rules on construction sites, strict badge checks at data centers, or a welcoming, customer-friendly presence in retail stores.
- Reporting built around your risks. Every client’s GuardsPro reports focus on what matters to them, from gate and equipment photo checks on job sites to incident logs for retail and residential properties, so you get information you can act on.
- Coverage that fits your schedule. From overnight and weekend patrols to 24/7 posts, short-term emergency coverage, and one-day event security, we build a schedule around your hours and adjust as your needs change.
