Project Overview
Following a fire incident from a homeless individual, Pacific Security Services provided emergency security services in Portland
to protect a damaged commercial property undergoing restoration.
Client Challenge
The fire created security vulnerabilities, damaged access points, and increased the risk of
trespassing and theft during reconstruction efforts due to having generators on site and other valuable equipment. Insurance required management to have security during
Security Solution Provided
Emergency security personnel were deployed 24 hour security to secure the perimeter, monitor contractor access,
and provide ongoing patrols during restoration activities. Moving to overnight security once valuable equipment was removed.
Results Achieved
The site remained protected while restoration crews completed recovery efforts, helping prevent
additional losses, and keeping homeless individuals off the premises.
